Evolution of the human avatar is beyond beautiful.

Because one day it feels like we know exactly who we are having life figured out.
And the next... it feels like we are a stranger to our Self and everything collapses in on us.
It begins to feel difficult to be present with what is before us.
Having clarity for the direction of our path seems distant & foggy.
We push our Self to function as usual but know deep within that everything is out of alignment
Yeah eye get it. Sadly it is not all rainbows and sunshine which is WACK.
And if we are keeping it a buck fifty…
It can feel very VERY lonely trying to navigate this phase of life without community.
That's why eye created Conscious Companionship.
Not because eye have all the answers to your questions.
But because eye believe that when we are in the liminal space sometimes all we need is a friend to witness us.
Someone who has also experienced uncertainty.
Someone who can express honestly what they are observing.
Someone who can offer perspective without taking away sovereignty.
Someone willing to stand by you while you experience the current season of your evolution.
Personally eye have been navigating this for years.
Constant deaths, rebirths, identity shifts, DNA upgrades, quantum leaps, whatever label you want to give it eye have lived it.
And at times it felt never ending and we truly questioned what the f*ck was going on, on more than one occasion.
Until recently we did not have the proper language or awareness of what this experience was, how to navigate it or why it was even happening.
Now we are clear on what this is, when it happens, why it happens & which tools would be most supportive based off which point of the journey we are at.
A lot of trial and error, a lot of “damn, this again” and a lot of WTF moments have not made us an expert on this.
What it has done is remind us to be present with our experience and how to hold that presence for others who are struggling to navigate the liminal space because it honestly can throw us for a loop when trying to do it alone. Eye know it did for me.
Conscious Companionship exists because eye believe that sometimes we need another pair of eyes to provide an unfiltered perspective.
Someone who can gently bring awareness to what we may not see our Self.
A container to not feel judged, shamed or looked at crazy but witnessed in the experience.
This container is about Remembrance.
Remembering that even amongst the chaos when we bring it all back into the Heart, that that is the only compass and guidance we will ever need for any phase of life. To Trust our Self again.
Sometimes we forget. And that is okay we are human after all.
We forget that we are the architects of our own life and can construct it however we please when we trust our Heart.

Cancellation, Rescheduling & Energetic Integrity Policy
Eye deeply honor your time, energy, and healing — and Eye ask the same in return. All offerings are held as sacred containers and prepared with intention.
✨ Payment & Booking
Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm and hold your session.
✨ Rescheduling
Sessions may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
✨ Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
✨ Provider Reschedule
In the rare event Eye need to reschedule, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered the next available option.
Preparation & Integration
- Come as you are. Wear comfortable clothing and ensure a quiet, uninterrupted space.
- Bring a journal. Water. Snack. Anything that you need to feel like this is your space too.
- Integration guidance and steps will be provided at the end of the session and we encourage initiative on your behalf to make everything received in the session stick.
