  • ✨Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm and hold your session.
  • ✨Sessions may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability.
  • ✨Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable and will require a new booking.
  • ✨In the rare event that Eye need to reschedule, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered the next available time.
